3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content created by CopySub on your behalf (“Projects”) belongs to you. However, by engaging with our services, you grant Jus For Fun, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the Projects for promotional and marketing purposes. You retain full copyright ownership of the Projects, subject to this license.

4. Client Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction of your domicile.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Prohibited Activities

You shall not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which they are made available to you. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those related to the work performed by CopySub on your behalf. Further, you agree to refrain from the following:

• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Services.
• Engaging in unauthorized framing or linking to the Website.

• Using the Services in an effort to compete with CopySub.

• Uploading or transmitting, or attempting to do so, viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party’s use of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operations, or maintenance of the Services.
• Uploading or transmitting, or attempting to do so, any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism.
• Disparaging, tarnishing, or otherwise harming CopySub.
• Using the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws, statutes, or regulations.

6. Delivery Timelines

Our standard subscription plans operate on a monthly cycle and do not include guaranteed delivery dates for individual content pieces. This allows us flexibility to manage our workflow and prioritize tasks effectively. If you require content by a specific deadline, we are happy to discuss expedited delivery options for an additional rush fee. Rush orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and both feasibility and pricing will be communicated to you before confirmation.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent service, CopySub reserves the right to close for up to four (4) weeks per year for holidays, company retreats, or other planned events. We will provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of such closures whenever possible, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

8. Client Feedback

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback or submission (“Submission”) shall be the sole property of Jus For Fun, LLC, and Jus For Fun, LLC is under no obligation to keep a Submission confidential or take steps necessary to ensure the confidentiality of a Submission. Jus For Fun, LLC shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights related to the Submission and shall, at its sole and unrestricted discretion, use and disseminate a Submission for any lawful purpose without permission, acknowledgment, or compensation of or to you. You agree that you have the right to articulate and put forth the Submission, and you hereby waive all claims and recourse against Jus For Fun, LLC for its use of the Submission in accordance with the terms hereof and in its sole discretion hereafter.

9. Content Restrictions

CopySub reserves the right to refuse to create content that falls under restricted categories, including but not limited to content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, harassing, humiliating, libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by CopySub in its sole discretion.

10. Third-Party Materials

CopySub may utilize stock images and other third-party materials in the creation of your Projects. While we make every effort to use licensed materials, in some cases, additional licenses may be required for commercial use. You will be notified if such a license is necessary, and you will have the option to purchase the required license at your expense.

11. AI-Generated Content

CopySub may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to generate content, including images and text. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be subject to traditional copyright protections, and you are responsible for taking any additional measures to obtain intellectual property rights if you wish to have the AI-generated assets protected.

12. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Payment for services is due in advance on a monthly subscription basis.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an as-is, as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Jus For Fun, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Jus For Fun, LLC makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content created, and assumes no liability for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content and materials, personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, any unauthorized access to or use of Jus For Fun, LLC’s secure servers and/or any personal information and/or financial information stored therein, any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the site, any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party and/or any errors or omissions in content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services. Any legal action of whatever nature shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. You and Jus For Fun, LLC consent to personal jurisdiction in said courts and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction.
